CompletelyPizza is a labor of love - born out of a passion for cooking, pizza and building websites. CompletelyPizza was created in 2009 and I continue to build and mold it, adding new pizza recipes and restaurant information as often as possible.

My name is Louise. I am a wife and stay-at-home mother to three children. The eldest two are now at University and the youngest still has years at school ahead of her.

I am Australian but my husband comes from an Italian family background. We both love pizza and often have friends around for pizza evenings. On these fun nights I usually make the pizza dough and roll it out for the pizza pans.

The pizza sauces and toppings are on the table for everyone to make their own pizza which my husband then cooks in the pizza oven.

A pizza night is a great way to entertain as everyone gets involved. It is suitable for both adults and children.
