Ingredients

Low Carb Pizza Recipe
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Toppings of choice
  • Non-stick skillet

Directions:

Place skillet over medium high heat. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese to the bottom of the skillet - shaping it in a circle. Let cheese heat until it starts to bubble. Once it starts bubbling add toppings of your choice. (Remember to pre-cook any meat as it won't have time to cook thoroughly on the skillet pizza) Try not to overload with toppings.

The edges of the cheese will start to brown. At this point you can gently lift the pizza with a spatula.

When the edges are brown all the way around the pizza, gently slide it onto a plate using a spatula.

Allow the pizza to cool a bit so the cheese can firm up, making it easier to slice. Once slightly cooled, use a pizza cutter to slice it. You now have a delicious pizza with all the flavor, but none of the carbs!
