Mediterranean Pizza Recipe

This pizza is tangy, delicious and perfect when you want an extra special pie.


  • 1 prepared pizza dough (refrigerated, Boboli pizza crust or an easy pizza dough recipe)
  • 2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 plum (Roma) tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 6 pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


Drain artichokes, but save the marinade. Chop up the artichokes.

Brush the marinade lightly on prepared pizza dough.

Combine the basil, oregano and thyme; sprinkle over pizza on top of marinade.

Sprinkle 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, ham, artichokes, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cup of Monterey Jack cheese on top.

Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until crust and cheese are lightly browned.
