Vegetable Pizza With Crescent Rolls

This simple vegetable pizza with crescent rolls recipe works great as an appetizer or side dish.

  • 2 pkgs. crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley salad dressing
  • Vegetables of your choice: (broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, green peppers, cauliflower, etc).
  • Parmesan cheese


Spread rolls in pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes (or according to package directions; cool.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing in bowl and spread on top of crust. Sprinkle veggies and Parmesan cheese on top. Cut and serve!
