Situated near the Highland’s neighborhood, Ernie’s offers a selection of non-pizza items such as salads, pastas, bar sandwiches and calzones. Their pizza selection is large and includes more unique toppings such as shrimp, eggplant and goat cheese. Of course, you can build your own pizza too. Gluten free pizza is also on the menu.

Pizzeria Basta (Westword Best of Winner for Best Pizza 2011)
Located in Boulder, this pizza restaurant is a little more upscale than your normal pizza joint, although prices aren’t really higher. The menu includes five wood-fired pizzas with fancier toppings like arugula, prosciutto, rapini, fennel pollen and chilies.
