Sauce

(this is the Pizza Hut sauce recipe)

  • 1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Marjoram (use use extra Oregano if you don't have this on hand)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Let them sit and marinate for 1 hour. Spread sauce on your thin crust pizza.



Toppings

  • low-fat cheese (part-skim mozzarella works great)
  • green pepper strips
  • mushrooms
  • olives
  • grilled chicken strips (can buy pre-made or roast your own chicken breasts and slice meat for topping)
